Electric We have a continuity agreement with SD G & E so the electricity will already be on in your unit. Please call this number several days prior to your taking occupancy. The date you tell them to transfer the billing into your name should be the agreed upon move-in date.
Internet/Television/Telephone
Typically you can call AT&T several days ahead of
your occupancy and service can be available to you upon move-in.
We have a local customer service rep assigned to our company. Her
contact information is as follows: Susan Harvey 858-496-8937. Cox Communications (Phone, TV, Internet service) 1-619-262-1122 It is recommended that you phone Cox Communications several days in advance of your occupancy, as an appointment time will be set up and you and your television will need to be present. Cox is also available for Cox@ Home, A High Speed Internet Access and also for Long Distance Telephone Service. Local Digital telephone service to our area is in the process.
